This blog post deserves it's own link: Casting Out Nines wrote Nine ways to fix the Amazon Kindle. The biggest suggestions are touchscreen and native PDF support. Both worthy of attention.

Both suggestions are listed by many reviewers and bloggers and hopefully Amazon is reading and considering a way to provide both in the future. I suspect the touchscreen will be done by another company first.
